What color options of this tank do you have?

We have many colors such as yellow, orange, blue and green. Our default color is Black. If you require other colors which don’t exist in our categories, contact us to have a further discussion with us.

Can you add a flow meter to this tank?

Yes. Our standard tank doesn’t have a flow meter. Depending on our clients’ requirements, we can change the standard fuel nozzle to AC-15 Fuel Measuring Nozzle or install a flow meter inside the tank if you need to measure the flow rate.

Do your tank has a preset function to control the volume of fluid that I want to transfer?

For this 240L size tank, we don’t have this function. You better have a look of our 550L fuel transfer tank which has integrated our preset fuel flow meter which can set a volume or amount of what you want to transfer and when the set point is reached, the machine stops working.

What is the production time of this mobile fuel tank?

Since this is our main product and very popular in the market nowadays, we produce this tank everyday. It takes only 1-3days when the quantity that you require is less than 10pcs. Please consult our professional sales representative for more accurate production lead time if you need bulk quantity.

What fluid can this portable fuel tank handle?

Because of the different properties of the fluid, we have designed 3 types of the portable fuel tank for diesel, gasoline and Adblue. If you need to transfer other liquid and don’t know whether our product can work or not, just contact us and we will give you professional suggestions.

Do you have another size option for this portable fuel tank?

We also have a 480L portable fuel tank equipped with an extra tank level gauge (Please note that only 480L tank has level gauge while 240L doesn’t have). If you require other specific specifications, contact us now and we are glad to find a solution for you.

What is the voltage of this portable fuel tank?

Normally we produced this tank equipped with DC 12V/24V electric pump since most people use it outdoor or put it on a pick-up where a low voltage transfer pump is more convenient to use. But according to the customer’s requirement, we can change the pump to AC 110V/220V as well.

Is the nozzle auto shut off that you put in this tank?

Yes, we use our AC-11A automatic shut off nozzle in this tank. Some clients would buy some extra nozzles in order to use for longer time.

Can this tank be lifted by a forklift?

Yes, our tank is equipped with integrated forklift pockets. It can be easily lifted by a forklift.

What is the material of this portable fuel tank?

It is made of roto-molded linear polyethylene.

Can this tank be locked to prevent theft of fuel or the entire tank?

Yes, it can be locked using this lock as you can see in the picture below.

Can I add a water separator and fuel filter to this product?

Of course, you can add a water separator and fuel filter.

Does this tank come with a battery or will I need one?

No, our product list doesn’t include a battery. You need a portable 12v or 24v battery according to your needs or you can use the battery in the vehicle.

Why are gasoline tanks more expensive than diesel tanks?

It is mainly because of the difference in property between gasoline and diesel. Gasoline is more flammable than diesel, so the gasoline transfer pump needs to be explosion-proof.

What is the flow rate of this tank?

The flow rate of the diesel tank is 40L/min. The flow rate of the gasoline tank is 30L/min.

How to use this portable diesel transfer tank?

This tank is easy and simple to use, you just need to take the alligator clips and reach out to your battery, then open the diesel transfer pump.

What is the length of the cable?

Our default length of the cable is 1 meter. We can expand the length upon the client’s requirement.

What is the package of this portable fuel tank？

Our tank is packed by kraft carton.

For this 240L portable fuel transfer tank. The packing size is 93x63x69cm. The gross weight is 35kgs.

What shipping method do you offer?

We can provide different shipping ways including sea shipping, air shipping and rail shipping. Because of the big size of the tank, we recommend shipping by sea if you don’t need it in hurry.
